There are still so many here I could save, but weirdly I find myself drawn to the couple that won this game in 2020, Jurati/Rios. I think they "won" last time because of the shambles Jurati's character was left in at the end of season one,

but this season they've done an incredible job of reconciling her into this very complex but coherent character. She's fascinating.

I also think Rios is one of the sexiest men ever on a Star Trek series and would have chemistry with a brick wall.

When Jurati dropped into that chair next to him on the Stargazer bridge in the premiere and they warped off on their mission, I was fully ready for them to have their own spin-off.

We're down to serviceable but forgettable ships at best and dreck at worst. But based on "The Autobiography of Kathryn Janeway", Janeway/Mark gets my save. Part of the tragedy of Voyager is that this potentially happy marriage and family was a casualty of the event.

OK, one more before I go out to run some errands... Burnham/Tyler!

Yes, it was a problem that the writers got confused, multiple times, about who and what Tyler was supposed to be. But these two gave us some of the franchises most romantic moments. All their stuff in "Magic To Make The Sanest Man Go Mad." That holo discussion in "Point Of Light."

I also loved how vulnerable they allowed him to be. Such a great story. (If only they had simplified the Voq nonsense, could have made it literally the #1 best Trek romance for me)

If he is really off the show next season I am going to be PISSED AS HELL. Since he was in the key art for this season, I'm telling myself he'll be back and they just had no story for him in the back half. I don't think you put a recurring character in the key art if you aren't eyeing them as a regular.

I think I'll take out Winn/Dukat, but I'm very torn about my own choice. I didn't like them as a couple but they were an interesting combination to further the story in its final phases- and both were interesting characters in their own right.
