THE OBJECTIVE: A sudden-death elimination game in which we remove our personal favorite episodes from a themed list, until we arrive at the episode that is, if not the worst, at least the most disliked.

THE RULES: Below is a list of DS9, VOY, ENT, and LD episodes with guest appearances from J.G. Hertzler.

Martok is my favorite Klingon, with Kor being right up there with him, so it should be no surprise my first save is "ONCE MORE UNTO THE BREACH".

Great story for him AND Kor.

One of the best Martok moments... at the end, he opens the bottle and drinks in Kor's honor, but he does not sing. He will honor him, but still not forgive him... which makes perfect sense, given how long he carried that hatred with him.

[Summer Solstice]

Martok was in a lot more episodes that I would have guessed (particularly as Kai Winn was in far fewer than I would have guessed).

"Shadows And Symbols" - Quark is my favourite main character on DS9 and he's brilliant in this episode. I love that he wanted to go on the mission even though wasn't really his kind of thing. I enjoy seeing Quark looking a bit out of his depth and I think he really did care for Jadzia.

[Seven of Five]

Tacking in the Wind is one of the best parts of the final chapter, so it's an easy save. Martok felt stuck trying to take Gowron out, so it's left to Worf to act. Sisko's briefly, yet chilling, orders to do whatever it takes, no matter the cost.

The follow-up] is the incredible battle, which in turn leads to Chancellor Martok.
