The most disliked episode of Voyager - Part One

Okay Trek fans, "least disliked" has concluded, and now it's time for the opposite. The basic idea is your standard elimination game. I'll provide a list of the episodes for each season and you need to eliminate your favorite or the one you deem the 'best.' Please provide an EXPLANATION for why you are eliminating your choice and be sure to copy and paste the list with your choice removed. Finally, leave at least 2 eliminations by other posters before you play again. Pretty simple. Enjoy! :bolian:

Losers
Season One -

Caretaker
Parallax
Time and Again
Phage
The Cloud
Eye of the Needle
Ex Post Facto
Emanations
Prime Factors
State of Flux
Heroes and Demons
Cathexis
Faces
Jetrel
Learning Curve

Caretaker
Parallax
Time and Again
Phage
The Cloud
Eye of the Needle
Ex Post Facto
Emanations
State of Flux
Heroes and Demons
Cathexis
Faces
Jetrel
Learning Curve

Saving Prime Factors for the Tuvok twist alone. The rest of the episode is quite good too, and features a failed-to-get-home plot, but in a good way that ties in with the series.

Caretaker
Parallax
Time and Again
Phage
The Cloud
Ex Post Facto
Emanations
State of Flux
Heroes and Demons
Cathexis
Faces
Jetrel
Learning Curve

I'l save "Eye of the Needle"

Caretaker
Parallax
Time and Again
The Cloud
Ex Post Facto
Emanations
State of Flux
Heroes and Demons
Cathexis
Faces
Jetrel
Learning Curve

Time to preserve Phage. The Viidians were both interesting and promising.

Caretaker
Parallax
Time and Again
The Cloud
Ex Post Facto
Emanations
Heroes and Demons
Cathexis
Faces
Jetrel
Learning Curve

I'm saving State of Flux because I liked the Seska arc.

Caretaker
Parallax
Time and Again
The Cloud
Ex Post Facto
Emanations
Heroes and Demons
Faces
Jetrel
Learning Curve

Saving "Cathexis." I'm a sucker for the alien-entity-in-control plot and there's some cool action on the Bridge with the wide angle stun, etc.

Caretaker
Parallax
Time and Again
The Cloud
Ex Post Facto
Emanations
Heroes and Demons
Jetrel
Learning Curve

Faces - a great Torres character episode and one of my favorites of VOY.

Parallax
Time and Again
The Cloud
Ex Post Facto
Emanations
Heroes and Demons
Jetrel
Learning Curve

Caretaker was a very strong pilot. Showed a lot of promise and introduced the characters well.

Time and Again
Ex Post Facto
Emanations
Heroes and Demons
Jetrel
Learning Curve

Saving "The Cloud," with some good character interactions interwoven with an interesting space anomaly/lifeform plot. Plus "There's coffee in that nebula!"

Time and Again
Ex Post Facto
Emanations
Heroes and Demons
Jetrel

Saving "Learning Curve." Chakotay demonstrating the Maquis way was awesome.

^ Yeah, I'm shocked it took so long to take it out.

Time and Again
Ex Post Facto
Heroes and Demons

Saving Emanations. I found it quite interesting with its theme of afterlife and belief in it.

Ex Post Facto
Heroes and Demons

I'll save "Time and Again". Its the first of five billion time travel plots in Voyager, but its not classic time travel. Interesting predestination paradox, too.

Ex Post Facto

Saving "Heroes and Demons" because it has the Beowulf myth in it, which is awesome despite the episode's other shortcomings.

I'd say it was better than Cathexis, but either of those could have taken the bottom spot and I'd be satisfied.

Yikes missed a round already. It's been a hectic weekend at work!

I agree with Ex Post Factor, and also think Time and Again was pretty dull.
