"False Profits" was pretty bad, but "Twisted" treats its audience far worse than it does for Harry and any number of other characters. Worse, it starts out decently until the story takes the premise and bypasses everything for an increasingly cheap ending, slathered in the most inane treknobabble, that renders the whole thing pointless.

Airdate order, yes it is season 3. But it was produced for season 2. It was 1 of 4 holdovers for season 3 so UPN can jump start earlier than the other networks for the new season. (The episodes being "SACRED GROUBD", "FALSE PROFITS", "FLASHBACK", and "BASICS, PART II".) I tend to go by production order, particularly in VGR's case as those holdovers really score the season in an overall different way.

The third season only produced 22 episodes. This is ultimately why VGR has an overall episode count lower than DS9... 4, to be exact.

Wouldn't that logic make "The 37s" part of season one though?

Yes. And I would have done it like that because I personally do that.

However, as this game is based on the 'Least Disliked' version, and I discussed it with the creator of that version, it was decided to keep the actual as airdate order.

Simply put, not everyone knows about the episode holdovers UPN did those 2 seasons. Easier for the players.

Tattoo could have been good if they had scrapped that "Shy Spirits" crap and the connection to Chakotay's fake tribe and instead just lt Chakotay be stranded on a planet with a people which somehow reminded him on his ancestors.

The sub-plot with The Doctor's simulated flu is actually funny!
