I'll save "Suddenly Human." "Galaxy's Child" is one I've really turned on over the years, it's so damaging to the character of Geordi, he's such a creepy jerk here. "The Host" is not bad but also one I've turned on as time has passed... it's not really "fair" to penalize "The Host" for this, since it was here first, but DS9's very successful revamping of the Trill just makes this introduction to them feel quite clunky in retrospect. That leaves "Suddenly Human", an ep I've never had any particular love for, but which I do think is a solid story well-told.

The Host wins, Beverly having sex with Riker's not consenting body was disgusting, he wanted to save Odan not have sexy time with Beverly.
