Not a great list. My first vote goes to "CHOSEN REALM". The final shot was a great homage to "LET THAT BE YOUR LAST BATTLEFIELD".

Plus, no Roxann Dawson directed episode should be on this list.

I'm going to vote for "Desert Crossing". I've literally just finished it ("Faith of the Heart" for the next episode is playing as I type this), and while the plot might be boring and the episode quite uneventful (Archer and Trip wander off into a desert! Trip gets ill for no reason! Then they're rescued! THE END!), Clancy Brown in large ham mode makes for a most entertaining guest star.

Can we just declare them all just as bad as one another? This is the hardest series to play this game with...Going Canamar. It's a complete thought that's not insulting to anyone's character, or the audience. It drags, but it's not an affront to my eyes.

Sure, the last couple, but right from the get go, I honestly don't find any of these better than another. They all have some moment that's not terrible, and that's the best I can say about all 8 of these...

The VOYAGER lot and this one from the beginning of the Finals are both the worst I have ever seen. But when it got whittled down to the final 5 or so, I think my exact words were 'this is the worst group of most disliked episodes this game has ever seen'.

I might be recreating that sentence sooner than I had hoped...

I'm not sure that I should take part as I missed the previous threads, but I'm going to give a point to one of my favourite Enterprise episodes as I missed out on saving it in the "Most disliked season 2" thread: "Precious Cargo". I love it! It may not be the most profound or adventurous slice of Star Trek, but it's fun (well, I think so), lighthearted, and features Judge Jury & Executioner T'pol and Trip in his undercrackers yet again

There is no reason to not join in at any time, even if you didn't join in on earlier season rounds. I'd argue especially since you missed out on the others, join in. As long as the rules are followed, all are welcome.

Another point to "Desert Crossing." That scene where Archer and Trip find out the soup they're eating contains "the essence of the male..." had me on the floor. Plus Archer looking after his best friend Trip when things got rough.

I always say the only way in which Enterprise beats all other Trek is by being the only Trek to practice equal-opportunity objectification, and so I gotta save "Desert Crossing" for Trip & Archer's recreation of the Top Gun volleyball scene alone.

And... I don't have another point for the next round yet. I'll just zero it out for everyone else, and go think about if there is anything else I like about any of these.

I guess "Chosen Realm" might be marginally less terrible than the rest? I really dislike it, but probably because I've had to deal with so many smug religious types in real life that I have no tolerance left for it in fiction.

Edit: after posting, I thought to myself "it was the lack of a compeuppance that made that episode awful" Then I went to MA and was shocked to be reminded it ends with them finding their whole species genocided!

And that's how much anger I'm carrying at smug religious types! I saw that ending and remembered it as "what a letdown, I thought there would be some justice, but these characters are getting off so easy given what they've done"

I'm going with "Precious Cargo" again, but for different reasons this time: I loved the shot/visual of the Retellian freighter approaching Enterprise outside Trip's cabin porthole/window (Trip's harmonica playing not so much...). And I thought Leland Crooke did a fantastic job as Plinn, and Padma Lakshmi was perfectly decent as Kaitaama - I've seen in several places that her performance was derided, but I found her perfectly believeable as a spoiled princess with no idea how to interact with and engage with "the commoners".
