The MOST Disliked Episode of DS9 - Final Part...

We have the 2018 'winner' of DS9. It is "LET HE WHO IS WITHOUT SIN...".

(A side note... earlier, I mentioned that I predicted 3 episodes will end up at the bottom. They were "MELORA", "LET HE WHO IS WITHOUT SIN...", and "THE EMPEROR'S NEW CLOAK". I am surprised that it turns out my prediction was correct.)

I thank you all for voting. This was an exciting series for voting, with very interesting results and reasons for saves.

I will begin STAR TREK: VOYAGER season 1 shortly.

I think Threshold is the clear winner. The contest should be for the second worst episode of Voyager. ☺

I don’t even recall what “Sin” was about.

Of course I remember TNG and Voyager better because my local station played both quite heavily in the early evenings (5-8) of the 90’s and 2000’s, especially TNG (they must’ve aired TNG about 50-60 times from beginning to end, as they used to air TNG Mon-Fri and the new episodes on Saturdays from 92-94, and even after the finale, the station had two runs of the series going with the Saturday episodes starting at the pilot and going to the next episode each week all while airing it 5 days a week from 94 to 96. And then it was brought back on a Mon to Friday rotation from 97-2000 with From Season 4 to 6 taking the Saturday slot, and then in 2000 Voyager going to 5 days a week and dropping the Saturday airing, so we didn’t see Season 7 till about mid-2002; Voyager continued till about 2008). DS9 did air on the station, but they usually aired it at around 10 at night between 93 and 95, and then I don’t recall seeing it on the station again till about 2002-2004 when it was airing between 1 & 3 a.m.

I've never seen a most annoying episode... of anything.

Yeah. Like, why the hell was Boothby Chakotay's manager? Of all the desperate TNG references Voyager had, that was the weirdest.

Speaking of which, anyone remember how Troi name-dropped Captain Picard in "Life Line," just so it could be used in the promo?

This is what I get for not voting after the new round started, LOL!

I was actually rewatching the very episode last night. The "Without Sin" story is weak and riddled with conveniences, even the story's title feels out of place, but at least they (loosely) covered an interesting topic, and the group managed to do a lot more than just pull off a fake robbery (thus proving opposite of the Risians' claim of being smarter than they looked but, again, there are some contrivances in a story that feels like it's got a great idea but doesn't want to actually do anything big with it). And Worf's relaying his childhood incident story to Dax is still wonderful stuff - in terms of acting, as an incident it's still very tragic.

Oh god! I had completely forgotten that the weird shoehorning in of Boothby was something Voyager had done TWICE! Species-8472-in-Boothby-form sticks in my mind, but I had completely forgotten this second use of him. In the same season!

So, so strange.

She just says: "I need to clear this with Captain Picard." about her involvement in the story.
