The least disliked episode of TOS - season three

"All Our Yesterdays" is the poor man's "City on the Edge of Forever" IMHO.

The Enterprise Incident
Day of the Dove
The Tholian Web

It's tough, but The Tholian Web is the weakest of the three IMO. And why on earth do McCoy and SPOCK of all people lie to Kirk at the end?

The Enterprise Incident
Day of the Dove

I remove neither though I happened upon this at the right moment to be the decider. Each is good, though Incident has the weird flaw that the Feds never used cloaking. Not the ep's fault though.

Both eps still live, imho.

Or Joanne Linville persuaded everyone not to vote that one out...

Even so, how quickly the romcom fell for enemy alien Spock might have easily been a disqualifier for this one. Still, this is Spock we're talking about...

It is not where I would have ended up but Enterprise Incident does have some appeal. The whole romantic interlude between Spock and the Romulan commander was oddball. They need to be more like Klingons and just get down to business.

FWIW, I think the most Trek-like episode of the season was Day Of The Dove

But the end result is still not bad, and I really enjoyed the whittling process! :D

I am a huge fan of "Tholian Web" but I can live with it.
