A Piece of the Action - Another good one, but for all the talk about how the spinoffs overplayed the "Holodeck Goes Crazy" plot device, I greatly prefer that to the "This World Never Left the (blank) Era" plot device that TOS did.

Removing "The Doomsday Machine." It's a great show, but not my favorite of the second season.

There are really only three "A+" episodes in year two, IMAO, and a couple of "Bs." The others tend to be more formulaic, with good character moments or some memorable humor.
