So, here's the game. The basic idea is your standard elimination game. I'll provide a list of the episodes for each season and you need to eliminate your least favourite or the one you deem the 'worst.' Taking out "FALSE PROFITS".

Easily one of THE worst episodes of the entire series. Not only is the episode just plain bad, but it made the crew look completely inept and stupid by letting two unarmed Ferengi get loose and take their pod out.

Just a bad episode in the middle of the season... a section that had very mediocre to bad episodes. (I feel season 3 is the weakest of VOY. No wonder they added Seven to try to get the show revitalized again.)

Oh, I love "Displaced"! I find it such a deeply satisfying "regular" episode.

I'll next put a bullet in "The Q And The Grey." I wish Voyager had never touched the Q, I don't think it ever worked. This episode is so terrible, it's almost impossible to believe it's not even the worst Q episode of Voyager.

And here I like Coda and The Q and the Grey. The differences we discover are so fascinating.

Warlord is my next victim, I'm very sorry but too much Kes kills this episode. While Before and After is a great episode with a lot of Kes in it there's so much more to that episode. And it's a fun pairing when watched with Year of Hell.

Oh my god and I looooooooooove "Warlord." Forget just Voyager, that's a whole-franchise favorite of mine.

"The Swarm" I don't mind it, but I don't really care for it either. I hate that split-the-difference ending where the Doctor gets somewhat erased, to an unclear extent, and of course there's no change in how we see his character going forward.

"BLOOD FEVER" has been purged.

This was just terrible. And honestly, one of the most blatant nepotism casting in the franchise. (Alexander Enberg is Jeri Taylor's son. Not a coincidence he appeared this season as much as seasons 5, 6, and 7 combined.)

Taking out "FUTURE'S END, PART II".

Time travel is overdone. I find Sarah Silverman annoying, and she was badly cast here. Ed Begley, Jr. was too much of a caricature to take seriously, so another bit of bad casting.

And the subplot when Chakotay and Torres was captured was clearly tacked on.

Thus two-parter should have been just a single episode.
