This exercise is too hard now because I love them all. I’m going to go with What You Leave Behind. Even though the Damar arc in the last few episodes is one of my favorite things about DS9 and has a great end.

It’s a great episode all around, but I wouldn’t call it perfect like the others.

I feel like flipping a coin, these are all great episodes. I think as much as What You Leave Behind has me in tears every time I've done a rewatch of DS9, the events in the Fire Caves with Dukat and Winn are oddly paced, and feel like a different episode The final showdown with Sisko and Dukat felt a bit daft too.
