The least disliked episode 2021 - VOY Season Four

Technically your vote doesn't count at this moment in time, but I'll remove One anyway - more illusions and spacial anomalies.

Scorpion, Part II
The Gift
Day of Honor
Revulsion
The Raven
Year of Hell, Part I
Year of Hell, Part II
Message in a Bottle
Hunters
Prey
The Omega Directive
Living Witness
Hope and Fear

Dang, they're all fairly good ones...

Day of Honor - easily the weakest of them all, even if one has a little more wooden acting it still has more items of interest within.

What's left:
Scorpion, Part II
The Gift
Revulsion
The Raven
Year of Hell, Part I
Year of Hell, Part II
Message in a Bottle
Hunters
Prey
The Omega Directive
Living Witness
Hope and Fear

Well, if my vote doesn't count that means that I can vote now.:D

"The Omega Directive" because it's nonsense. Basically, Seven wants to see "god" or whatever. Janeway doesn't want her to because it's too dangerous... The rest is just useless undigestible technobabble the likes of which Voayeger unfortunately often indulges in.

List fixed.

As the song lyrics go, "That just may be the one." :D

Yeah, some acting is a bit woody and the precious Omega particle was a bit much - still better than DoH, IMHO... but not by much.

K. Of what's left:

Message in a Bottle - Andy Dick feels out of place. VOY had a knack of bringing in 90s comedians, and I'd rather have liked Andy being more serious (a la Sarah Silverman playing it more earnestly). It's still a great episode, but of all the stories with all the weaknesses... plus,

Andy starred in that one and is more convincing in that too. The show is funnier than its reputation and "Liver Let Die" is an impressive blend of horror...

Revulsion

I like the idea of the way the episode brought out different aspects of Seven’s humanity. It just didn’t quite make a string enough statement for the places the episode went.

What's left:

Scorpion, Part II
The Gift
The Raven
Year of Hell, Part I
Year of Hell, Part II
Hunters
Prey
Living Witness
Hope and Fear

The Raven. Bad enough that Voyager ran the Borg into the ground, but they retconned TNG as they did it.

Scorpion, Part II
The Gift

Year of Hell, Part I
Year of Hell, Part II
Hunters
Prey
Living Witness
Hope and Fear

"Hope and Fear" addresses Janeway's decision to make a deal with the devil (the borg) and violating the prime directive in the process, which is good. Unfortunately, she doesn't express the least bit of remorse for what she did, and eventually, Arturis is shown as a Villain when he's the only true victim in this episode, which is bad, very bad.

The Gift
The Raven
Year of Hell, Part I
Year of Hell, Part II
Hunters
Prey
Living Witness

@freethinker You need to remove The Raven from the list. Never mind, I'll fix it since you might not be able to edit yet.

Corrected:
------------------
Scorpion, Part II
The Gift
Year of Hell, Part I
Year of Hell, Part II
Hunters
Prey
Living Witness

"THE GIFT" is gone. The other episodes are simply better, but it's tough to call. Strong remaining list.

(I saw the post count and was afraid I missed another season.)

Scorpion, Part II
Year of Hell, Part I
Year of Hell, Part II
Hunters
Prey
Living Witness

I'll remove Hunters. It's quite good, but the others on the list were riveting and much more unforgettable.

Scorpion, Part II
Year of Hell, Part I
Year of Hell, Part II
Prey
Living Witness

"Year of Hell II" was a fascinating episode, but man, was Chakotay dense when it came to Annorax! Though being a poor judge of character is not a new thing for him....

Scorpion, Part II
Year of Hell, Part I
Prey
Living Witness

No more Prey. I just don’t care about the Hirogen episodes.

Scorpion, Part II
Year of Hell, Part I
Living Witness

Annorax is similar sounding to a UK slang pejorative term that describes people obsessed in niche items that the general public may not be able to understand... like sci-fi fans...

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anorak_(slang)

:D

Whether that's intentional or not for "Year of Hell", that reset button at the end - clever or otherwise - is still too tidy.

Dang. Three left. And one is a great all-time classic and the other's a classic that's an all-time great. So let's mop the floor with the weakest like the Annorax that I am:

Year of Hell, Part I is consigned to a chronic hysteresis.
