The first episode is about a complete Muppet asking stupid questions like "What is Time travel?" The Everyman which puts the fantastic elements of the story into focus. Try to ignore him, he is a F#cking disappointment, but he upskills fast after time kills his wife.

8 episodes dropped this afternoon.

A British Government Department who can push around MI6, wait until the world is about to end and then wind time back to it's restore point, July 1st, and try to stop whatever awful shit that happened from happening again.

So the Everyman has a dead wife and a time machine that only works after Russia nukes America, so the only way he can bring his wife back to life is to nuke half a million people. Ethical questions, and opposing forces working to maintain the status quo.

Oh.

Anjli Mohindra and Caroline Quentin.

Classy HQ British drama.

My wife is napping again.

Season 2 just dropped. :)

I wish I could go back in time and prevent Guy typing the contraction "it's" instead of the possessive "its". Anyhow, the original scenario sounds like the trolleycar ethical dilemma. Do you switch the points to save the one or the many? My solution is to switch points while the trolleycar is passing over them so that it's derailed. Everyone was saved.

Caroline Quentin appearing in a series about using time travel to unravel the consequences of past events (which is not Seven Days - anyone remember that?) reminds me that she appeared in the episode "Watching TV" of Men Behaving Badly that was centred around people sitting on a sofa watching and commenting about The City on the Edge of Forever, while trying to make the pizza delivery guy late so they could get their pizza for free.

Wrong timeline.

The wife woke up, 15 minutes from the end of the final episode of Lazarus Project, after passing out half an hour into Terminator Two Judgement Day.

Nice comedy episode in the middle, extreme action, and gays!

Another year till season 3.
