When was the last time, either at a TREK movie, or an episod of TREK, were you actuallly THRILLED to be a star trek fan due to something that happened up on the screen??? Because, for me, we're talking quite a bit of time here since I was really..wowwed!!!
It might have been the episode of Voyager where they get stuck in that planet's atmosphere and the people below base their ideology on seeing the voyager in their sky...after that episode, I remember telling my friend "THAT is a great Star Trek Episode"....
Enterprise, sad to say, never bowled me over. It never had that wow factor with me....and as for the movies???? It would have to be FC, so we're talking a long FRICKING time ago...ten years!!!! or more...
Let us hope that XI can thrill us...again...
