The Klingons of Star Trek XI

Did I miss something what virus turns the klingons looking more human.

This was a story from the Enterprise series. I haven't seen the episode myself so I don't know the details.

Nero and the Klingons comes from some scenes that were deleted from the movie - a quick shot of it appearing in the first main trailer. If I remember correctly the idea is that the crew of the Narada spent most of the 25 year gap between the Kelvin and the arrival of Spock in Rura Penthe.

I thought they were going to ignore enterprise. the film made no reference tro it which was a good thing.

Actually, they did reference it. Scotty beamed away Admiral Archer's prized beagle. Slight comedic nod, but they have at least acknowledged that character's existence.

Plus McCoy's "Melvaran flea treatment" he proposed or used on Kirk was a throwback to something from the S2 episode "Canamar" if I'm not mistaken.

Yup: http://memory-alpha.org/en/wiki/Melvaran_mud_flea

Archer...the dog...Melvaran mud fleas. And how about the Starfleet cadet in the auditorium crowd with the Xindi-Reptillian makeup?
