On occasion, i unfortunately have to face the fact that, compared to a native speaker, I am still not on the exact same level of language command. I googled the expression "with extreme prejudice", but could not quite grasp its specific connotations in this particular context. Would "most emphatically not" represent a correct interpretation?)
