Snuck that one past him. He's still taking about radical cutbacks. And the manned program is dead for quite a while.

One thing you don't want to do is cutting back on science and technology research and development. But with the current mess it seems inevitable. Dreadful. :(

You could almost put West in the command chair and Shat in the bat suit and nothing would have changed for either show.

Except Robin would have been taller than Batman. ;)

From Spock's Brain when our heroes finally figure out why the brain was stolen in the first place:

"Bones. Scotty. Spock's....brain...(slowly waves hand across screen with look of astonishment)...controls."

Scotty's reaction right afrer is a great runner-up for an honorary Shatnerism.
