*~*~The Great J/C Thread~*~*

I actually got started with the whole shipping/fanfic with the show LO:CI. Goren and Eames were so great together. And then Heroes started. Claire and Peter are related but the actors are together in real life. The chemistry between those two is crazy and the writers still ignore it. Sheesh. And I loved P/T lust in Voyager but J/C seems more like a mature adult love which I appreciate.

I can see Goren and Eames together, like Stabler and Benson on SVU. I can't for the life of me see Claire and Peter together. I think there's at least a 6 year age difference in the characters. (The fact that the actors are together is okay, i guess.)

I enjoy all things that are J/C in nature, especially fan-made stuff.

My latest J/C fiddle. :p

J/C alert for my fellow J/Cers!

If you have not followed Trek Literature board, Beyer has stated that, among other stories, "Isabo's Shirt" from Distant Shores falls into the category of "not at all necessary to understand the story of upcoming book Full Circle, but if you are familiar with them, your enjoyment might be enhanced."

Now we all now what Isabo's Shirt contained, don't we? ;)

Sounds like just another sales trick to me. She's read all the negative feedback on killing Janeway so now she needs to come up with something else.

Still not buying it. I want proof and a very much alive Janeway. ;)

Aren't we all? At least I hope so. Even though I have personally been a little under the weather for the last couple of days. :p

Once I have read the book, I'll provide some spoilers if necessary.

Ahhh... *smacks head into wall*

Yes, I suppose so, but I'd rather not read or see Janeway die. I'm just not good with unhappy endings. I tend to rage for hours and give myself and my surroundings a bad headache.

Besides...I'm a passionate and devoted NO sayer now.

I see. Well, I already know she is gonna die in the story, so no headaches for me from that one. Headache may come, if the story is otherwise crap. :p

I haven't read Before Dishonor but I am looking forward to Full Circle. It's time the Voyager crew has their own book again! :)

Sorry if I'm a bit late in response...but I'm laughing, 'cause I met my guy when I was 17 and he was a single dad of 23. Granted, we didn't date until I was 20, but hoo-ya we were engaged on the very first date.
Hugs Chronie.
