Im sure that after 10 movies and 6 television series there must be a lot of things that were included in the show that shouldn't have been there. Whether they include people, probs, ships... Please try to include timestamps if possible so other people can see for themselves. I'll start it off with something contraversial.

Is it the Millenium Falcon?

While Tasha Yar was killed in Skin of Evil, her last appearance was actually in Symbiosis which is the previous episode that was filmed after her characters death. In her final scene she can be seen waving goodbye to the camera and her fans.

In the TNG episode Half a Life, Dr Timicin is played by David Ogden Stiers, best known as Charles Emerson Winchester III on M*A*S*H*. The first screen is just to show who he is, look at the Composite Sensory Analysis # on the computer terminal tho.

In the season 1 final of TNG, The Neutral Zone, the Enterprise rescues several cryogenically frozen people. One of them is sad that all her family is dead so Deanna Troi uses the Enterprise computers to look up any relatives she might have.

Recognise any of the names? They have been slightly changed (a letter here or there, tom to tim, etc)

They are the names of the actors to play The Doctor on the television show, Doctor Who

The characters in MASH served in the 4077th Mobile Army Surgical Hospital Unit during the Korean War.

Essentially 4077 is to MASH what 47 is to Star Trek. They often refer to being in the 4077 during the show.

4077 was also used as the registry number of the SS Birdseye cryogenic satellite in 'The Neutral Zone'

tombstones in Sub Rosa include Marty McFly and Darth Vader

the 1701-D's Master Situation Display in engineering includes a giant hamster on a wheel as the ship's motive power as well as a giant rubber ducky and a DC-3 in the shuttlebay

To be honest Ive never found any of them myself. Ive had friends tell me things that have appeared in episodes, but all I had to go was go through the episode to find it.
