I've been watching this show on ABC and felt compelled to speak out on one of it's major topics.
It's resident gay man Jeffrey and the Mormon Andrea got into a heated exchange because she voted against gay marriage. He has used every cliche in the book about how she is discriminatory and all this, whereas she has basically said "Look, this is how I believe and I would hope people respect my beliefs."
And for once, I'm with a religious person. I am absolutely revolted by Jeffrey. He has basically taken the Rainbow Flag and charged into battle. One of the basic human rights is the right to free choice and to believe what they believe. The fact that Andrea decided to vote against it is her belief and her right.
Anyone bothering with this show? Anyone have a theory?
