Nik Wallenda finishes high-wire act that killed great-grandfather

I've always thought these performers had to be a little crazy to do a highwire act in a circus, with safety nets.

I've seen it in a circus and you can feel the tension.

This is a whole other level of crazy, 100' up, with no net.

I don't know what to be more amazed by, that during the walk Nik took the time to kneel down on the wire and kiss it in commemoration of his great-grandfather, or that his great-grandfather was still walking the high-wire at 73!

The high wire has always been my favourite circus act.
