Works for me ... I'm pretty disengaged from The Flash at this point, but McKnight was entertaining enough last week.Flash Promotes Brandon McKnight, aka Chester, to Series Regular for Season 7 - https://tvline.com/2020/03/03/the-flash-season-7-brandon-mcknight-series-regular-chester/

I'm happy to see Chester promoted to a regular he was pretty fun in his appearances so far.
And tonight's ep seems to be a repeat, instead of the new ep that my TV listing showed. Ditto for Legends.
This really is beginning to feel like they are preparing to write out the characters of Cisco and Caitlin.
I'll see how this goes, but I'm not ready to commit to a never ending series by rotating cast. It's one of the reasons I no longer watch Doctor Who (Got tired of it). It's ok to end series and then bring characters back as needed. Because this universe is so expansive, you can still have the Flash come back to any show they want while still ending his main show. I don't really want to lose Cisco or Caitlin.
The problem is they tried that when they had Wally join the Legends - be he left after something like two episodes. They never knew what to do with him, and I'm not sure The Flash fits in on any of the other current or planned shows. Maybe Superman & Lois.
Have no issues with them leaving. Flash is supposed to be a solo hero after all. Not everyone needs a team.
Yeah that isn’t MacGyver. He’s supposed to be a lone wolf. They just made that into another NCIS clone. How I feel about the MacGyver reboot.
Not surprised, she's been a pretty big part of this season.Kayla Compton upped time series regular for season 7 - https://deadline.com/2020/03/the-flash-kayla-compton-promoted-series-regular-season-7-1202875496/
Oh, hell no, Ralph has by far been the best new addition to the cast.I really hope that Caitlyn doesn't go. Losing Cisco sucked, but was workable. If everyone but Barry, Iris and presumably Joe just gets rotated out, the show is going to lose a lot of its core elements, and apparently just replacing them with boring, mediocre characters. The show needs to drop the people its been picking up lately (especially the newspaper crew), not make them regulars.
That said, I'm all for never seeing "Ralph" again. If they need some space on the cast, I'd hope that he goes long before Caitlyn or Wells.
I didn't think that was supposed to be more than just those two episode. And I believe it was the actor's choice to leave, I'm not positive, but I believe he was dealing with some personal issues and chose to leave so he could work things out for himself. The problem is they tried that when they had Wally join the Legends - be he left after something like two episodes.
