The inept jewelry store robber from 411 trying to rob the just re-opened CC Jitters. 
Here's Cisco's map. Looks like we got some confirmation of key city locations.

Cisco's map and timeline chart are going to give us a lot of info on the new merged world. Odd that Central City itself isn't on the map. But we get confirmation that Star City is basically Portland -- which is ironic, since it's Central City that's represented by Portland skyline shots. National City looks to be about where Monterey is, rather than being Los Angeles. They're following Nolan's lead and treating Gotham as Chicago, which makes sense because they partly film Batwoman there -- although it's weird considering that Gotham City is named for a traditional, Washington Irving-coined nickname for New York City. Metropolis looks like it's somewhere around Philadelphia, and Freeland seems to be in North or South Carolina rather than near Atlanta where Black Lightning is filmed. Of course, any of these could be erroneous due to Cisco's sloppy drawing. I look forward to seeing screencaps of the rest of the world map, and of the history timeline graph.
And we have another example of someone with restored memories not retaining their alternate Earth-Prime memories -- Cisco doesn't remember buying his Superman t-shirt. I think the various shows' writers aren't quite on the same page about how that works.
I'm relieved to hear that Gorilla City is on Earth Prime now, as I'd hoped it would be, but it's unfortunate that Harry and Jesse are still being treated as deceased (and possibly are, because Earth-2 is Stargirl's world now, apparently).
And it looks like the producers are using the reality reboot as an excuse to revamp the Rogues and put together a more unified group of them than we've had in the past. It's fitting that they're starting with the Kimiyo Hoshi Dr. Light, since she debuted in Crisis on Infinite Earths issue #4. Although she was a superhero inheriting the name of a former supervillain, while this Dr. Light is an assassin.
Oh, and we have a neat new main title sequence, here and for Legends as well. I hope the other shows get them too.
The guy in charge of McCulloch/Black Hole, Joseph Carver, looks a little like Damien Darhk. He also has one of the squarest heads I've ever seen.
Nice to get Diggle helping Barry deal with the loss, and with decompressing from Crisis mode. This episode was after Oliver's memorial but before the Diggles finished packing, so it seems like it happens during the closing montage of the Arrow finale -- probably before Diggle's little green gift from the heavens, since he probably would've asked Barry and Cisco to analyze it.

^ Freeland is definitely in Georgia; we've seen onscreen confirmation of that several times on Black Lightning (e.g., envelopes with addresses showing, "Freeland, GA").

So, why doesn't Cisco have his powers? Monitor gave them back, and there is no indication that he lost them again.
Again, they need to address that the multiverse still exists. It just comes off badly.
We don't even know WHY they believe they are the only Earth left.
This episode was too Iris-centric. I'd like to see more of the Flash on his own show. Also, I liked that Diggle was there, but why didn't he show Barry the ring?

Like I expected it looks like this will be the show that goes the most in depth into the aftermath of the Crisis.
I'm really disappointed that they appear to have killed off Harry and Jessie. I'm still hoping that maybe there's a chance they got off of Earth 2 before it was destroyed, and they just haven't run into Team Flash yet.

I just checked the DC Comics Database Wiki, and one of the Mirror Masters was named Evan McCulloch, so it looks like we're getting a gender flipped version with Eva McCulloch.

Not necessarily. We know, though the characters don't, that the multiverse was restored; it's just inaccessible to Earth-Prime for some reason. Granted, it seems that Stargirl's world is being called Earth-2 now, and it's probably different in its history from the original Earth-2 and may have different occupants... but since that show is being aired on The CW as well as DC Universe, I wouldn't rule out the possibility of a crossover sometime, so I'm not going to completely rule out the possibility of Harry and Jesse surviving in some form.
I mean, we can assume that most of the multiverse -- certainly the worlds corresponding to other ongoing DC screen productions like Titans, Doom Patrol, and the movies -- was restored exactly as before, with no changes, since naturally the makers of those shows and films will go on doing their own things unaffected by what The CW's shows did. And Earth-Prime has mostly the same individuals and historical events as Earth-1, Earth-38, and Earth-BL, just mashed together. So it doesn't seem logical that Earth-2 would just be gone for good, that it wouldn't have been restored in some form along with the rest. Granted, it was destroyed weeks before the others as the Anti-Monitor's test run, so maybe that's the reason why, but still, since the multiverse was rebooted from the literal Dawn of Time, it's hard to see a few weeks either way making much difference.
On the other hand, I can see the story value of letting someone we actually care about be permanently killed as a result of the Crisis. It would diminish its impact if all its costs were wiped out. Still, it's not a good look to kill off the only two female members of the Flash family just months apart.
Just watched it and really enjoyed it. This is how you do a post finale (Crisis) episode, somewhat keeping the momentum going in the first part and then slowing things down to bring in new stories and arcs to tide us through the season. I was confused about something though. Is there a multi-verse or not? Cisco said the breachers don't work anymore because everything was merged on Earth Prime, but we know there is some sort of multi-verse. Why don't the breacher things work, or give a hint that maybe they could work in this new world.
I get this sense that those stories I read last year about Carlos Valdes leaving could have been true to an extent. Ever since those stories came out, Cisco has become a different character, more... detached from the team. Now that we have Cisco leaving Star Labs, is that basically writing him out of the season. Also, his role in Crisis was diminished, which was really surprising. Yes I know budgetary reasons, but Cisco is a very important character in this universe.
Where was Ralph? I actually don't remember Ralph playing a huge part in Crisis. In fact the last thing I remember was Ralph getting attacked by bloodwork and then that was it.
Carver reminded me of Val Kilmer for some reason.

Cisco said the extrapolators stopped working because the multiversal physics they were based on have changed. (Which should really mean they never worked in the new reality at all, so maybe Cisco was never Vibe and Cynthia was never Gypsy?) Maybe that change in physics is why they can't detect the multiverse anymore. They no longer know what to look for.
Ralph was in Part 3 and played a role in recruiting Ryan Choi.
Entertainment Weekly has posted a new interview with Eric Wallace, The Flash's showrunner, about last night's episode.
We will see what Iris experiences after she gets pulled through the Mirror and it sounds it's going to be a pretty big part of "Graphic Novel #2", which is what they're calling the second half of the season.
Carter and Black Hole will be a major part of the Graphic Novel #2.
He also said that Carlos Valdes will be temporarily leaving the show while Cisco is off on his journey, but he will be back before the end of the season. We won't see what he experiences on his journey, but it will have a big impact on his story arc once he gets back.

With a name like "McCulloch" I would imagine so. I wonder if she's Scots?
Amen as im so sick of Iris and is why my kids gave up on this show. Its called the Flash but its more Iris with the Flash and Friends.
If Cisco has left the show then its all girl power bs. Without Arrow being on, I guess no real reason to keep watching.
Plus I hate how the time line as been rebooted. So 6 season worth of stories thrown away an didn't happen like we watched. I once loved a show called Fringe. Season ended with Alt Olivia being pregnant and the whole Alterverse. But they rebooted in season and made those earlier season meaningless and deleted Alt Olivia storyline. I quit that show. Continuity means something, hence why we watch the show and are big fans. Plus Earth 2 being gone hurts.
Question for anyone that watches all the Arrowverse shows, is It me or do they really lack male characters an strong male characters at that?
Jefferson on Black Lightning is a pretty strong male character. So is Gambi on Black Lightning. John Diggle is a strong male character too, and he can come on any series. Legends has a few, though in fairness, they're kind of lacking in the intelligence department.
The problem is not male or female its just way to many people. Unfortunately Arrow established the "lets have a whole team helping the hero" idea and the other shows just went in that direction. I don't mind one or two helpers but when you start getting around 6 or 7 or a dozen the hero seems less important. I really don't care about Iris and her intrepid band of reporter pals solving crimes. The last episode would have worked out just as well had it only been Iris and Joe involved.
