The only strange thing is why she's asking for such a low amount. The actions she's says took place are extremely serious, a criminal matter even.

I know it's dumb, but I thought his "I wax my Arsch" line at the MTV movie awards was hilarious. That was one cool show, especially the "Denzel walks, Will Smith walks, and Mark Wahlberg is wearing a hat" bit. I love that Andy Samberg guy.

Marriage is a contract and, implied in that contract, is the ability to have sex with your spouse. It's actually quite common (although I don't think worth a lot in damages). Just another thing gay people can't do that straight people can...

If I read this correctly, it wasn't the actions of Cohen that directly caused this, but the fact that she sobbed uncontrollably afterwards and fell? Seems like a stretch to me.

I totally agree with you, his show at the MTV movie awards was hysterical. "Ich bin Bruno, ja, ich bin Bruno."

Borat is a "rather silly movie", to say the least (I watched it once and totally regretted it afterwards. Horrible. I'm probably gonna watch his new film anyway, though. Maybe it's better ----- ahem----yeah---no comment.......hmm...).
