The Emissary, The Prophets, and the Pah-wraiths

There is the possibility he beamed off after the ship was caught in the tractor beam, though I think the writer's intention was for the changeling to be killed on the ship

...A proper Changeling would make for a nigh-indestructible villain, more difficult to kill than Murdock in McGyver. It could change into a puff of interstellar dust at the last moment, if Laas' antics are any indication.

If the Bashir Changeling was aboard that runabout at all, I'd think it would have blown up, though. Laas was a bit of a show-off, and much of the stuff he did might have been "faked" somehow. OTOH, the Bashir Changeling could also have been doing some faking, creating false signatures for itself and its putative bomb. A good way to lure the Defiant away while arranging for its own secret getaway and the unobstructed entry of the Dominion fleet.
