Andorian is Tarah, she's more the average than Shrann.

Vorta, Weyon in all his slickness.

Vulcan would be T'Pring. Sarek and T'Pau are big folk in vulcan society , Spock has that dual nature. T'Pring is all we have found out about vulcans thru the years. She's contradictory, malnipulative, logically, and sneaky.

Hologram is Vic Fontane, the doctor sings opera, this guy sings swing.

I definitely ran into the same problem, and for the same reason. There's also the question of who represents the sickness in their society (especially in the military/intelligence apparatus), and who represents what Cardassians REALLY are.
