I've been having a discussion with some friends and we are trying to come up with every TOS episode that Spock became emotional in.
I know the obvious ones. Amok Time and This Side of Paradise. Help us out here.

The Naked Time. The Devil in the Dark (during the mind meld). Plato’s Stepchildren. All Our Yesterdays. TMP (especially the Director’s Edition, when he sheds a tear for Vejur). TUC (getting pissed at Valeris).

He kind of mopes a lot in The Paradise Syndrome. I’m not sure whether that qualifies as the kind of emoting you’re looking for.
