Sadly yes. And, we have to wait until 2017 for a piddly 2nd season of 13 episodes. If USA wants this series to take off, they'll have to put more into it!

A time jump would be good. Don't want to waste three eps with Sawyer in the Santa Monica zone almost finding his kid, just missing out or any other bullshit dramas.

The family is so split up now, I doubt they'll be back together any time soon.

Well... at least now both the older kid and the telescope dude will find out what is on the moon up close.

I was hoping he and the teacher would have an interesting journey outside the walls. Instead, that turned into a dud. Although I figured they'd be caught because we knew the tunnel was being watched. Still, much more compelling story if they're adventuring outside the walls on a mission to find a real big telescope!

Unfortunately, the finale missed some opportunities for a more exciting story.

I'm torn by this show.. It's actually really good, but I JUST can't get past Sarah Wayne Callies. I don't know if it's because by the time she died on Walking Dead I hated her character so much or what, but I see her being the same busy-body character in Colony too... Maybe if another actress was in the role I wouldn't notice so much.

When I saw that Sarah Wayne Callies was in this show, I was like shits... that means she's dead on that other show that I haven't gotten around to watching.

The crazy eyes have a lot to do with it. She's just the kind of person you don't want to be around. Like, ever.

I am not fond of her. But there is no one in the show I'm watching it for because I love looking at them. The world setting is the best character.

That said I did love Phyllis and would have stared at her all day but, dead.

Agree about Sarah Wayne Callies. Never saw Walking Dead, but I can't quite buy her character in Colony. I think she's the weak link in the acting department on the show. Fortunately, the rest are good enough to cover for it! Agree about the world setting too!
