He should probably be in the outer rim at this point, unless these episodes are intended to take place before the "Bad Batch" arc.
These episodes do indeed take place before the Bad Batch episodes, not just because he's on Coruscant, but because this is probably only a matter of weeks (
maybe a few months) after Ahsoka's expulsion.
If I had to guess I'd say this is right after 'Sacrifice' and he's on his way out to the Outer Rim Sieges. His involvement in season 6 was fairly light as it only has him going from Ringo Vinda to Coruscant to hunt down Fives, then helping Yoda escape to go on his spirit journey. The Clovis arc stuff could be pushed back to season 5 since IIRC that's when it was originally intended to air, so it need not be a factor...and it'd be weird if THAT was his last interaction with Padme before they part.
But then there's also his involvement the the two 'Dark Disciple' arcs come novel, which is limited but still has him at the temple IIRC. He doesn't show up in 'Son of Dathomir', however those events still take place *after* the 'Fives/Order 66' arc since it features the death of Master Tiplee.
One assumes the events of the 'Utapau Arc' are still in canon, if so then that needs to take place in season 6, preferably before any other mission he has with Obi Wan since it'd be odd for "the Ahsoka talk" to happen any later.
Though with Bo Katan showing up now it does present an argument for Ahsoka's banishment happening less than a year prior to RotS which had been previously stated (and would line up with Ziro's escape being "a couple years back".) We'll have to see how those threads connect in the next two episodes, but unless there's an implied time gap (where the "beneath the temple" arc was intended to go) it implies Ahsoka spends the better part of a year with Bo Katan, which while not impossible doesn't feel quite right.
However Padme's pregnancy and Anakin's 6-8 months out on the outer rim remains as the limiting factor.
