^ That is so cute!

Most of my family sends cards.
I just finished a Christmas cross stitch:

It's supposed to be an ornament, but it's too big. I'm going to make it into a cover for a small Christmas memory/recipe book.![]()
I didn't realise that the tradition of sending Chrismas cards was falling out of fashion. I like sending cards to people I don't see much of and like to keep in touch with.
I love Christmas, too, but when I was studying and working retail jobs Christmas lost its appeal thanks to the overall bad mood of the public. A friendly customer always made my day because they were so rare. Thankfully I haven't worked retail over Christmas for years. Now I love Christmas again.
In my media database x-mas viewing is a category all by itselfSpeaking of Christmas films, what is your mandatory Christmas viewing?
BIG fan of Zoë Wanamaker, so I usually put on the My Family-specialsAlso I'm a happy girl if any of the Royle Family Christmas specials are rerun.
how about the good old days of icicles? I remember picking them out of the tree. yech! ouch! but they looked so nice! I don't see them in stores much anymore. I guess that will save me the expense of getting them exticated from the cats via the vet. (they love string and WILL eat if much to my dismay!)
