I assume this is due to the strike, but there seems to be alot of British TV shows in the fall upfronts, hell there are a few shows from down under and even one from Israel
from ABC, Life on Mars & British format Opportunity Knocks, this from a network with more than its fair share of British formats already.
from CBS, Worst Week & Eleventh Hour
actually im almost willing to forgive 11th Hour, between ITV & Patrick Stewart, its not like theres ever going to be a 2nd series of the short lived UK version.
the CW, well they have got one thing right.
FOX, along with Idol & anything involving Gordon Ramsay we have Secret Millionaire (what ABC felt like they had enough C4 formats ? )
NBC on the other hand continues to make the most of the Office, launching a spin-off and even shipping in whole shows form the BBC in the form of "Merlin"
whilst from Australia, NBC gives us Kath & Kim, & FOX gives us Sit Up, Sit Down
some days I think ill wake up, and find NBC has added all 4 weekly episodes of EastEnders to its schedule
and god help me if ABC fuck up Life on Mars
