The Brave and the Bold

Hmmm, to bad this never happened. They did do an X-Men one after all, so it would have only been fair to do DC too.

DC pitched Paramount on a Star Trek/Superman crossover. Paramount's reason for declining the pitch? "But Superman isn't real!"

I'd love a Legion of Super-Heroes crossover. Or Hawkman.

Ok, that Superman thing is funny. I don't see why he couldn't just be from an alternate universe. Isn't that what they did for one of the X-Men crossovers.
Star Trek crossover with the Green Lantern Corps?

I'd write it
Even with my limited knowledge of the DCverse I know that would kick ass!

And of course the Marvel Trek/X-Men crossovers were assumed to be "imaginary stories" with respect to both universes. After all, ST has often been referenced as a work of fiction within the Marvel universe. (There was even a Spider-Man issue revolving around Peter Parker and his friends attending the premiere of Star Trek: The Motion Picture. It was scripted by Marv Wolfman, who was simultaneously editing Marvel's TMP-era ST comic.)

Who might the Green Lantern of Sector 2814 in the 23rd-century be? (Duck Dodgers suggests that Hal Jordan is still active until the 24th-and-a-half century; he aged very well.)

Oh... fuck. It just occurred to me who a realistic option for the 23rd-century is, without being excessively fanwankish. (In other words, it's not one of the main Star Trek characters.) And now I'd want to write that... *sigh*

You know I heard that Chris Pine was once considered for the role of Hal Jordan in the Green Lantern film their making if. So if he had gotten it and the made a crossover we probably would heard about Kirk looking a lot like Jordan.

^ Doubtful. At least, it wouldn't have come from me.

That is....unless I just knew it'd piss people off
