He was a jerk at first, and then he got a little more sympathetic (around the time that it seemed like he and Liz could possibly hook up), and then he went back to being a jerk.

^Wow. I can imagine how bad that will be. The only reason I can stand The Blacklist is the sheer awesomeness of Spader.
If the entire show was Red, Dembe and Mr. Kaplan, I'd be very, very happy. The entire FBI--with the exception of Aram--just annoy me. They're not believable as characters so I don't care about them at all (including Elizabeth), they're moronically stupid until the script suddenly calls for them to be smart. Aram is the only person at the FBI who actually seems to be good at his job and reacts the way a normal human being would react.
If they changed the entire show and just made it "The Adventures of Reddington," I'd be quite pleased.

Well...that was lame.
Can the writers come up with a way to make Liz look and stupider? I would like to say I doubt it but after this episode, I'm not sure anymore. I know, Megan is pregnant and likely all concerned don't want her doing anything overly physical. That shouldn't mean sit and act like a teen made to turn her stereo off and come to dinner. Well, at least Vikings was fun.
