The biology of B’Elanna Torres and other human/Klingon hybrids

According to The Next Generation episode “Ethics”, Klingons have many spare organs inside them. That made me think whatever \B’Elanna Torres and other human/Klingons hybrids have these too or not (or some). What do you think about this?

They might have some but not others? Or maybe some are half formed or useless. I suppose it would depend on the genetics of mixing two species - is there still dominant and recessive alleles in Klingon genetics? If so, (working off of my GCSE level biology knowledge so sorry if anything is wrong or simplified) then it would depend whether the extra organs are on a dominant or recessive allele. If it's dominant then the hybrid would probably have them, if it's recessive then maybe not. Although this is massively simplified so it probably wouldn't work like that at all.
Xenobiology must be a very complicated class at the academy!
