Would be a interesting plot for the character though the way it was written I do wonder if this was her last episode?
Leslie will become a regular character later in the season.
Well I for one like how the writer's are moving things around a little. Comedy show writers know you have to tease the audience a little here and there to keep the interest up. The only show to successfully drag the audience along with an unrequited romance was
Frasier, who brilliantly kept Niles and Daphne apart for seven seasons. I don't think these folks could pull something like that off (and they know it) so we will get Penny and Leonard taking a step forward and two steps back for a couple of seasons. I can live with that, as long as it is funny and interesting.
As for tonight's show, I thought it was above average. I especially loved the bit with Leslie and Leonard when she says she doesn't want to raise the kids with a divided beliefs.

I was also howling when Sheldon was talking about the Matrix in the cafeteria. I actually had that conversation once with someone. I swear it. And that last bit about Comic Con? Priceless. I guess we all have something to live for.
Oh and Sheldon bitching about the Renaissance Fair not being period... where have I heard that before... Deanna.

It took two hours to convince her not to burn this woman like a witch because she had a zipper in her costume.
