Which season of which TV show do you consider the best of 2011?

Sons of Anarchy looks on track to beat even Breaking Bad's high standard. Don't get HBO or Showtime so I can't compare any of their series.

I'd just count whatever the most recent season is for any series. In the case of The Walking Dead, it's unfair since they're in the middle of their season but Breaking Bad and SOA have ended or almost ended their runs. TCW has a lot of catching up to do to match up to either of those shows, but it's doable if the back half is frakking spectacular.

Breaking Bad. Every damn episode of that show is completely mesmerizing and powerful as hell.

If only every series could be that consistent.

This season is also amazing. The ending of the last episode was brutal.
