The best character transformations on TV

As many of people have already mentioned, Londo/G'Kar from B5 are the absolute top character transformations of just about any series I've seen all of the way through.

Spike from BTVS had an interesting transformation from bad-ass vamp to *champion*, especially since he didn't actually get a soul until later on, however I'm not sure would've happened if the Initiative had not implanted the chip in him in S4.

Most of the characters on Angel evolved over the course of the show, Wesley and Cordelia's characters having the most dramatic evolution of all of the characters.

Another vote for Kira. For worst transformation Dr. Smith from Lost in Space(series) Evil villain to buffoon in a heartbeat.

And, I'm going to have to mention Star Trek here and go with Worf's 13 year arc. (Encounter at Farpoint - What You Leave Behind)

Dude went from a growling background character to one of the most endearing characters in all of Trek.

It's a shame the morons behind Insurrection and Nemesis anally raped Worf of all he had gained in Deep Space Nine.
