I think I can see Sha Ka Ree.

Pretty cool stuff. Gives you that feeling of being an ant trapped on a miserable rock. Even if we ever get out there to explore those wonders I'll be long dead. Kinda depressing!

Stunning image. I wonder what those red spirals are? Seeing the perspective with other galaxies in the background is amazing. And the amount of blackness...I'm reminded of macrocosm/microcosm with stuff like this. How most of matter is empty space.

The red spirals are most likely nebulae.

Really amazing work. I don't think I've ever seen such a high-detail image of the Milky Way. It's interesting how much of the galactic plane is obscured by dust and debris.

I was just happy I could spot the LMC and SMC without much trouble. :lol:
 
Very cool. I love how he's got different colours in there such as red, blue and yellow. Done with filters obviously, but very cool.
