So what do you think of the first-season episode Babel? Yeah, it was kind of a "disease-of-the-week" sort of episode, but I kind of liked the idea of everybody spouting gibberish and not being able to understand each other at all!

Granted, it's not necessarily the best of DS9, but I certainly have a soft spot for this particular episode. In fact, you could say that I devour low visceral unique in rotary velveteen. Trifecta lye fantastic! :D
 
I thought it was pretty funny. Lots of good Quark lines - checking none of his customers were faking it/must have 'witnessed' tranpsorting procedures dozens of times...
 
Shimerman really stepped into the limelight with Babel. Quark had been interesting in Emissary and A Man Alone, but it was here the writers showed how great the character could be.
 
Crap episode that undermines the integrity of the DS9 series back down to that of lesser Trek shows for it's duration. However, Shimerman is always pure gold.
 
I have to give you massive props for putting all these in a poll.

And Quark's is the funniest because he's not even sick.
