I know that's not your video, so this is just kind of a general question. The description says they're on a river, but those are Sea Otters, and I thought they just stayed in the ocean? Was the person who made the original post mistaken or am I?

Meet all 10 of the Free Spirit Equestrian Horse
Since this was posted, she's gotten at least one more new horse.

Or it wasn't a river, but an inlet.....or hell, not anyplace resembling a river. I've seen people being weird when labeling places...

There are river otters (Lontra canadensis), also known as the North American river otter. Then there are the cousins from the south, the Giant River Otter of South America.

The sea otter is just a single species with two regional subspecies while there are twelve different species of river otters.

(I find all of this otterly fascinating..)
