Anybody knowledgeable about birds? I have a bird feeder outside. They eat from it, no problem, but one side gets eaten faster than the other and as soon as that side is empty, they stop eating from the other side. So I either have to fill it all back up or flip it over for them to eat from the other side. Anyone know why that would be the case?

My grandmother had a tortoise in her back yard for a year or two when I was a kid. I remember feeding him lettuce. We rescued him from the middle of a 4 lane highway. He was upside down.
