The Animals That Aren't Dogs or Cats Thread

I switched the backyard bird seed to a no-mess version (which means no sunflower seeds) and it seems like more colorful birds are showing up. Is that a thing when it comes to changing bird seed or is it a coincidence?

I don't think we're supposed to repost anything with requests for donations in the text.

If it's just a blurb in the text that says "please consider donating to us" or whatever, that's probably fine, as long as a request for donations isn't the entire point of the post.

If there is a link or any way to click through to a fundraising/donation page, then that's a problem.

Unfortunately, I can only give general guidance here, since I can't view what is in the post.
