If you go by that timeline, he's only 200 years old. I always figured he turned into the face after tens of thousands of years of slowly aging. But Dr Who never really made a lot of sense, so it could be him I guess.

Well harkness was a time traveling pirate of sorts. He never gave his age either. I think it could be him I wish they'd address this mystery once aND for all tho. Did he get beheaded by those monks or something and his weird... condition ccause incredible growth? There's so many possibilities.
