The All-New Star Trek Books FAQ!

Re: TrekLit FAQ

Thanks, captcalhoun, for the kind words! I'm glad you liked it. I enjoyed writing that story. It's so infrequent we get to see Earth--too bad it was a rough time for Frisco. :/

And thanks for the banana, Terri! I was looking for that! ;)

Re: TrekLit FAQ

I just started reading Tales of the Dominion War last night and I'm up to The Ceremony of Innocence is Drowned I'll eventually get to Eleven Hours Out.

Yeah, it was an awsome story. I'd also like to say welcome, and also that it's cool to have another author on the boards.

Re: UPCOMING/MISSING PROJECTS

"Duanians"?

Can't we find another word? It makes me sound like some kind of obscure cult leader.

Re: UPCOMING/MISSING PROJECTS

Welcome to the board, Diane!

*adds Diane to the list of writers that are members of the board*

Age of the Empress: The Reign of Sato I, by Mike Sussman with Dayton Ward and Kevin Dilmore, is part of Glass Empires, the first Mirror Universe collection, and should be available in bookstores this month.

That is the first story of the STAR TREK: MIRROR UNIVERSE--Glass Empires trade paperback, out this month. Log onto startrekbooks.com for a preview.

The trade also has an Original Series story by David Mack, and a TNG story by Greg Cox.

Re: UPCOMING/MISSING PROJECTS

^ Which will be followed next month by Star Trek: Mirror Universe: Obsidian Alliances, which will have a Voyager tale by Keith R.A. DeCandido (that's me :D), a New Frontier tale by Peter David, and a DS9 story by Sarah Shaw. Cha cha cha.

Re: UPCOMING/MISSING PROJECTS

got the second book in the series Saturday. I'm in the middle of reading the TOS story. I loved Age of the Empress: The Reign of Sato I and I'm sure I'll love the rest, esp. yours KRAD! :D

Re: UPCOMING/MISSING PROJECTS

Question. Are there plan's to do another DS9 relaunch omnibus after this upcoming one? Will it depend on sales? I work at Barnes and Noble and we list all the Gamma books as OOP.

Re: UPCOMING/MISSING PROJECTS

^Maybe someon should add something about more DS9 Omnibi to the FAQ, because now it seems like onece a week someone is asking about one.

Re: UPCOMING/MISSING PROJECTS

No need to apologize, you didn't know.

Re: UPCOMING/MISSING PROJECTS

Hi all, this be my first post on here and I guessed this thread would be the best place to post. Anyway, I have a question, who is responsible for updating this section as just read the main part at the top, a few things have changed over the years since this thread was started.

Re: UPCOMING/MISSING PROJECTS

Welcome to the forum Dimesdan, hope you'll have a good time here.

As for your question, from time to time I or Emh update the FAQ since we're the only ones who can edit posts that are more than 24 hours old. But usually we'll ask people to write the Q&A and we'll just paste them in. Every few years, Steve Mollmann writes a new FAQ and we'll just pin it.
