My friend and I snagged four of the five new Vintage figures, all but the Stormtrooper. That one's been a real pain to get ordered even four or five days later and we're waiting on another opportunity to try to get him.

Very. But we're used to it. Hasbro and their exclusive partners just can't get a lot of these preorder drops right.
No, and it's driving me nuts. I never could get the timing of Merrick's X-Wing, and am just hoping that I'll get the Mando in Imperial Army disguise from Amazon.
While I like getting trooper figures for army building, I'll probably pass on this stormtrooper unless it suddenly becomes more readily available at normal price. It has really good articulation with 17 joints, but other recent stormtrooper figures have had the same. One difference that I notice between this and, say, the Rogue One stormtrooper from 2019 or more recent troop builder packs which were probably the same figure, as that this one has narrower ankles which looks better and more accurate. I assume that the wider ankles were originally done to accommodate a new type of articulation, and that this articulation has been further improved upon since then and can now be made smaller.
As a side note, I notice that fans living in Southeast Asian countries such as Indonesia are already getting the new Vintage Collection figures like Fennec Shand that don't seem to have arrived in the US yet.

I've got Morak disguise Mando on pre-order now, from Old Republic Collectibles. It's a pretty new site and I've never ordered from them before, but they seem to keep getting good feedback on Yakface (Edit: though it might have something to do with them being a sponsor of Yakface).
I actually wasn't planning on getting this figure, but since I ended up pre-ordering Migs from Target, then I need trooper Mando to go with him.
Also I went through my old figures and found that I actually do have the Saga release of the imperial gunner, with removable helmet and chest plate. So I won't plan on getting the new gunner figure, unless it suddenly becomes available at a cheap price.

Just revealed today! He goes up for preorder tomorrow the 6th.
Last week the VC ARC Trooper was available for a short time from Walmart, so I placed my order. Yesterday was the scheduled delivery date, but so far there have been two delays in shipping. Supposedly the new delivery date is tomorrow by end of day. We'll see. I searched online a little and found that there are a lot of complaints about Ontrac, the company that Walmart uses for deliveries.

Edit to add: Welp, I got my pre-order in for Jesse and the three Mandos through Entertainment Earth! I'm curious how long it will take them to sell out. That mostly seems to happen with store exclusives, though.

Ok... Another delay. Because they can't follow directions. 
Until Walmart provides other shipping options besides Ontrac, I'm not going to order anything else from them. I'd rather pay more to a third-party seller and have the item actually delivered when it's supposed to be. I already have those Bespin guards on pre-order from them though. So I'm going to see if I can cancel that and go through another reputable seller I know of.
