The Action Figure and Toy Collecting and Discussion Thread!

Oooooh these LEGO pictures are awesome! I have some similar pictures we once took in London, with all the London sights. If anyone is interested to see them.

Today I am a bit silly. This autocorrect mistake (Horn instead of Gorn) was handed to me on a plate, and I couldn't resist ;) I love being inspired by random comments.

My newest haul! I thought today would be a good day to introduce the Re-ment Pose skeleton. This guy is very small, about 3,5" but has a lot of joints. He is actually the so called "big" guy, there is an even smaller one and also a child, and there are dinosaur skeletons and a dog and cow and lots of tiny accessories. A desk and laptop and tie for example, medical gear, table and chair, music instruments, whatever a figure needs! Whole japanese rooms also. The japanese swords I recently got for Malcolm also were from this line. But most would be too small to use for bigger figures. Still, I thought he might be fun to have around!

Actually if you allow for additional tissue, a skeleton is smaller than the whole body, so 3.5 would be about right for 3.75 figures.

CCC.

He is small! The way he poses reminds me of the Made to Move Barbie doll line.

My favorite action figure is my Gromit Jedi figure

That's true but I simply don't have any figures in that scale. Other than the Playmates Kirk that came with the Galileo shuttlecraft.
I had hoped for the skeleton at least to be Sherlock's size. Ah well. He's still cute! Needs a name. Bony or something.

Happy Halloween!

Yes, I also always love to look at the doll pictures!

Two years ago everyone was doing the ice bucket challenge. I also got nominated and let my Torchwood figures do it instead. I am not sure if I have shared these in here already or not?

But I did something else that day, something I've never shown. As it is not my own idea. I saw a caricature with this in our local newspaper and laughed for days. So here is my try of this picture. And yes, I actually put a tiny bucket with tiny ice-cubes into my freezer.

I did the ice bucket challenge with my Shelf Avengers back then. I spelled challenge wrong, though!
LOL That's great! I love it!
I also saw a nice stop motion Lego movie at the time. Some people really got creative.

Okay, here's mine. As I wasn't a member here at the time I don't think I did show it yet:

New outfit for Emma, because we need a little Christmas right this very minute, dammit!

Cute as always!
Can't watch the video sadly.

New haul: I saw a great action figure picture with a gargoyle in the background and realized that my collection is lacking something. And I immediately remedied it ;) This is from Safari, the company that does all the tube toys. It's about 7 cm / 3" high and handpainted. I think it really looks like stone!
