A new friend I just made online and a fellow Star Wars fan and collector is sending me the Chopper and Inquisitor figures I don't have and he's sending them as a gift with no reimbursement expected. What a guy! I'm grateful for the kindness. Some collectors are truly class acts and the hobby as a whole is better off because of them.
Brought this guy down from his shelf for a hug today. 
I just noticed the little bear image printed on his tricorder readout screen. That's pretty cute. So is he.
He will be missed.
Was window shoppin' at the Target in Lufkin this afternoon, and saw where someone had swiped the Allfather build a figure parts from the new line of Marvel action figures, and in two cases, took the action figures, as well, leavin' behind the movie version of Hal Jordan and comic version of Green Goblin in place of Scarlet Witch & Captain Marvel.
Kinda wish I had taken cellphone snapshots of the hijackin'...
Sucks, too, 'cause Target had Iron Fist, which the Nacogdoches Wal-Mart does not, but without Odin's leg, what's the point?

I saw a number of Black Series prototype costume Boba Fett figures being sold by a couple vendors at a con I went to this weekend. (I also saw the real Boba Fett, too )
What's funny is one vendor had them tagged at $65, while the other vendor I saw them at had it tagged for only $40. I hope anyone searching for that figure visited that second vendor first!
Oh, and the real Boba Fett, Jeremy Bulloch, was at the con, too.

Convention dealers and scalpers love to sell the 6" Prototype Boba Fett for insane amounts when many Walgreens stores can't give the things away and all they're asking for one is $19.99. Hasbro shipped an additional 40,000 of him to Walgreens locations across the country and many of those are beginning to collect dust on their shelves while slightly newer figures like the Clone Trooper Sergeant and TIE Pilot sell a lot more quickly.

Well it still depends on your particular area and the Walgreens stores where you shop, but until recently the figure was borderline impossible to locate in many stores and some Walgreens didn't even get their very first shipments until the additional 40,000 were distributed by Hasbro. He's become considerably easier to find in most parts of the country, but your mileage will vary.
I don't typically buy Legos due to the the price, but when my favorite superhero gets made, I just can't resist:
