I tend to use some obscure piece of personal or family info that nobody else would possibly know, then obfuscate it with special characters.

54321 was not an option for me. By the way, most password have to include special symbols, capital letters and small letters.

That doesn't really make it more secure - it just makes it harder for you to remember.

As a Web developer, I've had clients who insisted that passwords had to have upper and lower case letters, digits, and symbols. I always bring up the XKCD comic on the subject, explaining how it's length that makes passwords hard to guess:
