You know, I never got into that show. I did get into the last season of Angel though. Never watched any of the previous seasons, but really like the last one. Iliria was awesome.

I never got into Angel. I struggled through the first few episodes and that was it.
But Buffy...now there was a great show, funny, witty, suspensful, there are times when you're peeing yourself laughing and there are times when you're crying, and there are times when you're on the edge of your seat. It was awesome!!!!

Honestly, I even bought her action figure I thought she was so cool.
I loved the way she spoke in poetry.

I watched Buffy and loved it! Angel...never got into it.
I'm into all those crime shows like Law and Order: SVU and The First 48 and Cops....and even some medical shows like Code Blue and Trauma Life in the ER. I'm so nerdy....I own my nerdiness!

Yeah. I never cared for it. It does get better, but I never understood why so many people think it's better than Buffy. Season 4 was just stupid beyond belief.
At risk of losing my manliness, I should say Buffy made me weep like a baby.

I think Illyria is Angel personified. Fred became such a stale character she just wasn't going anywhere. But, the didn't want to lose the actress so they created this beast. But it really wans't just her, everyone and the show was just dead half-way through season 4 so the basically just started over. Interestingly enough, Season 5 is the only one I can watch with any regularity.
It's too bad they didn't think of her sooner. Cuz, you know, Acker rocks the freakin Casbah, but Fred was nothing more than a poor man's Willow.
