They've released the first trailer for Season 6 of The 100, which the trailer also calls "Book II".

The new season will pick up from where Season 5 left off with the main characters arriving on a new planet, which already has it's own colony.
Trailer looks great, and what we see of the show's new setting looks pretty interesting.

I still haven't finished last season yet. I got half way through and lost interest. This looks pretty weird though so it looks like I'll have to finish off season 5 before this starts.

They've released another new trailer, and I'm liking what I'm seeing so far.

Wow... no one watched beyond the trailer???? Seems like they did a lot of retconning to set up the scenario. ( the "Commander" tech)

The actor playing Jordan does a great job acting like his "father".

My wife got me into the show and we are at Episode 5 or so... beginning the Clarke twist.

This reminds me, I still haven't watched the series finale yet.
I will let you know when I get there...did you do a season 7 thread, or is this pretty much it?

I am currently at the episode where JJ gets stabbed

Edit: now in Season 7, middle pf episode 3

I honestly can't remember, and the search never works for me.
I watched the finale a couple days ago and...... the end was not what I expected. I think I liked it though.

I am getting there. On. Season 7 episode 6.

So how many ret cons had gotten them to this stage?

OK...so i saw the "back door pilot" for the sequel...yuck...at least as far as what they set up.

So the Grounder language is NOT from evolving speech but from some teenager's made up language? really ruins the cultural development of the Grounders, making it ALL the source of the potential leading character.

The language made sense... cru = crew. ANd often named after aspects (Trikru living among the trees, Skaikru from te Sky/space).

Did Becca always "die young"? I thought Blackbloods were supposed to be her descendants?

And did the radiation die down so quickly that "normal" humans survived?

Will we be seeing tribes form? (Presumably 1 or 2 a season, if they want to try to have the show last for a while)

this whole season has been crazy...can't wait to talk about the end and implications, and how the series might have sabotaged itself. we will see...

Finally finished it...so is this now spoiler thread for season 7 as well?

And what did you like and dislike?

This last season felt more like Stargate sg-1

I have to admit, it felt a little weird to have them suddenly throw godlike aliens into what had been a fairly grounded series up to that point.
I did think it was fair that Clarke had to pay a price for all of the horrible, and I did like that they had her friends decide to give up immortality to live with her.
I was pretty happy with it overall.
